ADOPT A DOCUMENTARY

One World Romania 9 continues the "Adopt a documentary" program, an initiative started three years ago, which tries to raise awareness about human rights violations with the aid of civil society members.

The documentaries in the festival open our eyes towards new worlds, with similar or entirely different ways of thinking, with familiar issues or completely unusual problems.

In our effort to support civil society in Romania, we invited several non-governmental organisations to symbolically adopt a documentary from this year's selection, a documentary that addresses the cause that is closest to their mission and activity.
