Political marketing guru Piotr Tymochowicz sets out to produce the perfect politician. At a time when the make-up of Polish political elites leaves a lot to be desired, he selects a dozen people and leads them through the meanders of politics for three years, with the intention to select the one able to reach to the top of the local political hierarchy. As comic as it is horrifying, the film is mandatory viewing in an electoral year.
