Certain films are worth having at home, on your shelf, to be able to re-watch them at anytime. In 2012, One World Romania started publishing DVDs with some of the best films from the festival - this collection now has 15 titles. Because supporting local filmmakers is part of our mission, five of them are Romanian films.

Then, in 2014, our association started a project of rediscovery of the productions made by the "Alexandru Sahia" Studio. The Sahia Vintage DVDs offer, besides classic Romanian documentaries, a number of less known films. These films open up a new perspective on documentary production in communist Romania and, at the same time, offer a window to the life lived by people behind the iron curtain. The five DVDs published so far come with a detailed brochure in Romanian and English, making them precious educational tools for high schools and even universities.
