Dilaver Xhemali is a former political prisoner. He was thrown to jail for picturing black and white Enver Hoxha\'s portrait with half of the portrait in total black. At the end of communism, having no home, he went to live to his brother\'s in Elbasan. There, the new government gave him a piece of land within the Metallurgical Complex, a place poisoned by chemicals from the factories. In 2010, he still lives there, with approx. 4999 other families. Dilaver Xhemali came from a camp to go to another one. Today, within the Metallurgical Complex is being built the Elbasan\'s prison for provisory detention.
