The Romanian urban area, marked by various cultural influences, be they western or eastern, was the place where many Chinese immigrants made a living, at the beginning of the 90's. Ignoring general problems that any foreigner bumps into, the movie tries to follow discretly and in depth three stories of Chinese immigrants which have to deal constantly with commercial competition, injustice and unlawfulness or religious disagreements. All three roads although sometimes lonely and unsafe lead, one way or another, to the commercial center called Europa, the epicenter of social life.
