The only program designed for adopting documentary films (probably in the world) continues this year – organizations, publications, and ambassadors each become representatives for a film in our selection, one that addresses topics aligned with their own mission.
We bring these films from different corners of the world into dialogue with local challenges and pursuits, and through these partnerships we aim to highlight issues that affect us all.
Documentary films belong – and must continue to belong – in cinemas, but their mission goes far beyond the screen. Together with our partners, we create activations, campaigns, and extended dialogues with audiences. We have consistently devoted attention and energy to broadening the range of audiences we reach – and we are delighted that this edition welcomes new names to the community of adopters.
