In 2025, One World Romania turns 18, an achievement which would not have been possible without our team of responsible volunteers, always ready to lend a helping hand. 

Whether you are passionate about cinema or concerned about the challenges of the world we live in, we welcome you to join the OWR18 team, where you’ll be able to contribute to the organization of one of the most important film festivals in the country. You’ll meet people from the film industry and civil society, including many activists and journalists, make new friends with similar interests, and have an experience you’ll want to repeat, trust us! Because even though we’re adults now, we promise we’re just as much fun as ever!
